In cooperation with our parent company TESSELA HOLDING SE, we have built and now further develop a set of interdependent and enforced measures called the Compliance Programme, which ensure our compliance with the requirements of (not only) legal norms, minimize the risks of unethical or illegal conduct and provide us with effective protection in the area of criminal liability of legal entities.
