We are a modern company and therefore we offer our employees a working environment inside the BEA campus Olomouc, which, among other things, has a very advantageous location. Are you going to work by train? We are located 500 m from the main train station. Are you going to work by car? We have dedicated parking site next to the building. Are you going to work by bike? We have a locked and guarded bike room. Are you going to work by tram? A tram stop is in sight of the building.
Communication Centre
Creative space for brainstorming. But also billiards, ping-pong, table football or just chess, all this and much more can be used in the communication centre that we have at our disposal. We use it for informal meetings, relaxation, exercise or just for sitting with colleagues. We’re having a warm-up in the morning to stretch our tired bodies.
Flexible working hours
and Home Office
Flexible working hours are applied here as a flexible working week, i.e. the employee chooses the beginning and end of shifts on individual days in such a way that he/she worked the entire weekly working hours in the relevant week and with respect to the fixed part from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. After onboarding, it is possible to use work from home to the agreed extent by prior arrangement.
Meals „in house“
and longer holidays
Employees can have their meals in the restaurant on the company site or anywhere else. We offer a meal allowance in the form of a flat-rate meal voucher. Rest is important to us, so we have an extra fifth week of vacation available.
Sports activities
and teambuilding events
We are a sports-minded company, so in addition to our contribution to the local fitness centre, we also offer the use of a number of corporate sports, among them dragon boats, badminton, small football, volleyball, cycling or sports shooting. Teamwork is crucial for us, which is why each team goes to a teambuilding event at least once a year, where colleagues get to know each other from a slightly different side and strengthen their interpersonal relationships.
