Crypto ID

CryptoID is a highly specialized and complex product developed by TESCO SW. Functionality of the components in the project ORG Basic Register of the Czech Republic is based on this product. It is a server-based application that integrates all the essential security modules and components, ensuring the safety of the supplied solutions.

Modules / Solution areas

Security solution of complex projects consists of the integration of several technological components. The core of the solution is then CryptoID component, which integrates all the essential security modules and components into a single security unit.

CryptoID is object-oriented server application built on the .NET platform, which is operated in the environment of MS IIS and the selected part is operated in a way of standard Windows OS services. The communication interface is based on technology Microsoft Windows Communication Foundation (WCF).

Information system

Information system that is secured by CryptoID. Instead of the information system an integration bus may be attached, if the subject of security are more diverse information systems.

Application server

Application server with application logic, ensuring the operations required to implement security processes. Utilizes technologies MS .NET, MS IIS, MS WCF, MS Viewer. Built on the .NET platform, which is operated in the environment of MS IIS. The communication interface is based on Microsoft Windows Communication Foundation (WCF) technology.

HSM

Specialized hardware component covering mathematical apparatus for generating unique codes verification and subsequent verification of design authorization. HSM is considered safe for the storage of cryptographic data, such as different encryption keys. It has a wide range of application. Among other things, it provides a secure execution of cryptographic operations with those keys.

Active Directory

Directory services on the Microsoft platform.

Database

The database that stores information necessary for security processes.

Certification Authority

Certification Authority – both internal and external qualified.

Time Stamping Authority

Time Stamping Authority – both internal and external qualified.

SMS centre

External system for mobile operators, which ensures delivery of the authentication / authorization SMS messages to users of the system.
