Monit+
Specialized administrative information system. Process and data support for entire life-cycle of management and administrative processes over projects of subsidy programs from the European Structural and Investment Funds in the Czech Republic.
Main benefits
Administration of the Czech Republic and the European Union involved in the implementation of EU subsidy programmes. The Monit+ administrative information system includes Monit2014+ and Monit2021+.
Process orientation
The solution is process oriented (the succession of processes during the monitoring period is evident). The system is fully in line with the concept of modern e-Government (it integrates with existing agendas like the Basic registers of the Czech Republic).
Reliability
The solution is based on the 4th generation of the successful IS Monit product, which accumulates experience from already the third programming period (Phare, SF 2004-2006, SF 2007-2013).
Variability
The solution is modular, allowing variability, replacing part of the processes for operational programs that have their own specifics, or omitting part of the processes for operational programs for which processes are irrelevant.

The solution is based on proven standard SW products, minimizing the cost of individual development.

Both a unified interface for internal users and one for external users are available through simple web access.

Key features
The functionality of the Monit+ system covers all the basic processes of the general life cycle of subsidy programmes also including in them implemented specific projects.
National coordination
A basic block which covers monitoring processes in the area of planning and monitoring of the Partnership Agreement of the Czech Republic 2014-2020.
OP administration and monitoring
Coverage of administration and management processes in the area of planning, implementation and monitoring of individual operational programmes.
Project level
A basIc block that covers project-level monitoring processes.
CSSF14+
A user interface that provides internal users with the functionality of application logic of basic and cross-sectional modules related to monitoring processes.
IS KP14+
A user interface that provides external users with the functionality of the application logic of selected monitoring processes.
Portal IS KP14+ as a part of MS2014+ is intended only for filling in and submitting the electronic applications for support of projects from the EU structural funds in the programming period from 2014 to 2020.
Support for document circulation
Covers document circulation processes. These are document management, storage processes, etc.
Data mining
It covers reporting processes. These are processes related to the processing of outputs and reports for effective monitoring management.
Internal dispatches
It covers processes related to internal communication of system users. These are processes for receiving and sending messages, notifications, and other information.
Individual forms
It covers processes related to the management of system individual forms. These are processes of creating forms, form versioning, publishing forms, etc.
Universal communication interface
It covers the integration of the system with external information systems and resources, these are processes related to the import and export of data and the integration of processes.
